    00:00:00.040 --> 00:00:02.370
>> My name is Diane Yeesis [phonetic].

    00:00:02.370 --> 00:00:10.350
I'm a senior application developer and I
basically create web-based applications.

    00:00:10.350 --> 00:00:13.950
You know, creating, like, reports for them.

    00:00:13.950 --> 00:00:16.840
Or in this case last year we worked

    00:00:16.840 --> 00:00:20.580
on the content management
system for the client service.

    00:00:20.580 --> 00:00:30.940
I also built the manager research repository for
them where certain deliverables are kept track.

    00:00:30.940 --> 00:00:37.020
And right now we're building a client
portal for our client services team.

    00:00:37.020 --> 00:00:43.660
Meet with my team and discuss our daily task,
any kind of impediments that we may have.

    00:00:43.660 --> 00:00:51.260
Then we go ahead and just simply just code and,
you know, get some stuff done before lunch.

    00:00:51.260 --> 00:00:57.590
And if there's any specific things that I
need for discussing with certain stakeholders,

    00:00:57.590 --> 00:01:00.770
go ahead and try to just get their time.

    00:01:00.770 --> 00:01:07.090
And at that point, you know, our
team is very close where we go ahead

    00:01:07.090 --> 00:01:09.280
and go to the gym during lunchtime.

    00:01:09.280 --> 00:01:14.700
And after that, then we go ahead and
just get a quick bite and then be able

    00:01:14.700 --> 00:01:16.770
to code away again during the afternoon.

    00:01:16.770 --> 00:01:20.970
And then at that point, we just test
some stuff and just check it in.
